Council toxic 'Salford City Council', Ultimate Betrayal

Salford's Member of Parliament (MP) Rebecca Long Bailey had taken my case on and written to the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP).

Only to receive a statement written by an unverifiable name who does not work at DWP, confirming what I had reported as Stalking, and this was based on 6-year-old details, which should have been archived since becoming a full-time carer and having Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) for the Donor, who is facing constant discriminatory letters to assess and remove support for the donor and refusing to acknowledge the legality of the document protecting the person who lacks mental capacity and can not made responsible under The Mental Health Act 2007 is an amendment to the Mental Health Act 1983 in England

Hellcare at the core

The past year dealing with this has caused me to significantly struggle staying focused and healthy. Who would have ever thought the individuals in healthcare can act in such a manner that the effects are drastically negative

I have also had family members contacting me (LPA) and telling me that DWP are looking to speak with Emma (Donor)

I understand that it isn't a standard procedure from a manual search to contacting family members is another misuse.

I have met retaliation, a personal attack on my identity, which stemmed from a data report to The Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) being breached,

Emergency phone lines are compromised. A decoy police officer intercepted my communications and offered no real intervention when we both witnessed the theft of a motor vehicle by 2 individuals located at AAA Rescue (Leyland)

I filed an ActionFraud report towards the accountable Chief Security Officer (CSO) for allowing these breaches to persist without any intervention, even without my contact; this should not have been able to continue.

I filed this on 10 June 2025.

A social worker had turned up at the my door and I wasn't able to verify their identity, I pointed out the alias and I rang the emergency services on 999, the operator connected the call to the police where I had only realised afterwards that I had spoken to them once before on the PIP Enquiry line around 2 months ago, they got me to pass the phone to the social worker, and then the police said I don't need the police and I should engage with them. I refused.

Depleted Trust 0% Trust for Local Authority

I received a call from my local doctors, Ordsall Health Surgery on Phoebe Street, at 08:39 am

The woman on the phone wanted to speak to Emma, so I said I would speak for Emma, as I am responsible for dealing with that. The woman then said:

"Calls are recorded for training and monitoring purposes."

I asked what they were recording, and understood they were trying to initiate a Work Capability Assessment (WCA). I hung up the call. The worst part is that the trust I had in the doctors has been impacted severely; my mum's foot and hand condition has been getting worse with no diagnosis, with part-time or Locum doctors asking my mum what she thinks it is.

We went to the hospital to get it checked, as it is the worst it has ever been. They sent her home with no diagnosis and said 4 months to a year for a paediatrician.

My mum had an appointment with the doctors on: Thursday, 17 July 2025.

I asked her not to go and searched up the condition. I  must have located it because the new treatment is relieving her pain.

The day I got this phone call, later on, I had the police knocking on the door hours later:

A welfare check-up was conducted because I was reported to the police by DWP for possible abuse, the camera was recording, and they asked if I had been abusing her. I said I thought they were here over the ActionFraud report.

They asked Emma if I was abusing her, and she said no. They asked her why she hadn't attended the doctor's appointment that day. Emma asked if I could speak for her, and they agreed.

I confirmed that the appointment wasn't for Emma; it was for my mum to have her foot condition diagnosed. I asked how they knew, and they confirmed DWP said Emma didn't attend the doctor's appointment, but that also points out more data misuse.

Saturday 26 July, 2025

Letters have been sent to my child's mum stating that the child maintenance payments have been stopped. I showed the confirmation that I get when it is to be taken 3 days in advance. I told her not to respond. Until my 10-year-old son said Have you been getting DWP job applications too? I laughed at first, then asked what he meant. On his emails, these are extensive!

The question I have is how did they get my child's email address and phone number.

I have had contacts from Motability that don't match the details on the account. I also had a person post a card for the car to be collected, then they ran out of the gate and drove away.

Data Protection is a Myth!

I am being stalked and recorded. There are empty apartments over the way from my house and that shows the vantage point with my house on the website is clearly visible.

I get constant automated voice mail and a bombardment of phone calls and false letters.

I 100% stand with this as the ultimate conviction, it is an attack on the public and not an isolated incident it has been

I have had to write this here as it is the only place where it cannot be intercepted, 3 seperate occasions where I have needed the police and the contact was diverted away and the reports online was held led to a response that came as an abuse claim used in retaliation towards me, on 2 occasions police visit my home with cameras recording the visit and the interaction, yet, there seems to be nothing on file of any of this visit or any awareness of the reports I made.

I rang for the emergency services because AAA Rescue was stealing the car off my drive way, and when an officer arrived they wouldn't verify these individuals through the control host as the alarm started going off on the car because they dragged it onto a tow truck.

The officer and I both witnessed the theft of the motorvehicle but to get official help through the communication lines, the 999 police emergency lines are compromised.

Each call to the emergency service lines have been intercepted.

It is the senior leaders at Salford Civic Centre Brendan Keville, who has been harrassing my family and violating all my data along with the Salford MP Rebecca Long Bailey taking a case on that lead to invasive stalking and the monitoring of my child, who doesn't live with me by the way and the breach of his privacy and sending me voicemail notifications of his departure to school and voicemail notification of when I left the house.

1 year and 8 months of group retaliation. I have reported it constantly but the interception of my contact has amplied their behaviour which is by far unacceptable, it's criminal.
